01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the nbaj website at nbaj.bid (the "Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Language of the Agreement

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and nbaj with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the nbaj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

• Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be registering while aware that you have a gambling addiction or dependency that makes your participation harmful to yourself or others.

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended nbaj account under your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, or device.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold exactly one personal account on the nbaj Platform. Accounts must be registered using truthful, accurate, and complete information. Providing false registration details — including a false name, date of birth, address, or phone number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Information Required

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued ID)

• Residential address (including division and district in Bangladesh)
• Mobile phone number (used for SMS OTP verification)
• Email address

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nbaj operates a tiered KYC process. Basic account access is available upon mobile OTP verification. However, withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 per transaction, or cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in any 30-day period, will trigger an enhanced KYC review. During this review, the Player must provide:

1. Primary ID: A clear, legible copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or Bangladesh driving licence.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the nbaj Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all financial activity on your account.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad) / ৳300 (Rocket) / ৳500 (Bank Transfer).

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or MFS provider in relation to a deposit made on nbaj, without first attempting to resolve the matter through nbaj support, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nbaj reserves the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation and to pursue recovery of any funds fraudulently recovered through chargeback processes.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

nbaj offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and BPL season offers) to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days).

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the nbaj Platform, including cricket sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other game formats.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn after the player has received a bet confirmation reference.
• Minimum bet amounts: ৳20 (crash games) / ৳50 (sports betting and live casino) / ৳10 (slots). Maximum bet limits vary by game and market and are displayed at the time of wagering.
• nbaj reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time, for any reason, including suspected professional betting activity or unusual wagering patterns.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned. Decisions in such cases are made by nbaj operations and are final.

08 Responsible Gaming

Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms and are enforceable as part of the Agreement.

8.1 Player-Controlled Tools

All players have access to the following tools directly from their account settings dashboard, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps. Reductions are immediate; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all gameplay voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method. nbaj will not honour any winnings generated by an underage player. Persons who register on behalf of a minor, or who knowingly allow a minor to use their account, will be permanently banned from the Platform.

8.6 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with nbaj support shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

8.7 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
